Trisvaraa provides free insurance on all products being delivered to customers in India. However, for users outside India, a nominal insurance premium may be charged by Trisvaraa in addition to the product charges. The insurance is valid only till the time the product reaches the customer will lapse as soon as the customer will sign the receiving.
Trisvaraa shall not be held responsible for any failure of performance to make timely delivery due to:
- Any governmental action, statute, ordinance or regulation, strike or other labour trouble, including any terrorist attacks, acts of war or internal mutiny;
- Fire or other damage to or destruction of, in whole or in part, the Goods or the manufacturing facility for the Goods;
- The lack of or inability to obtain raw materials, labour, fuel, electrical power, water or supplies, or any other cause, contingency or circumstances not subject to the reasonable control of Trisvaraa, which causes delays or hinders the manufacture or delivery of Goods;
- We shall determine in good faith and in our sole discretion the extent to which we can reasonably control a cause, contingency, or circumstance that affects the performance of our obligations.
You have the right to expect that:
- Any products you order through the Website will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to the description given on this Site
- Certain remedies will be followed if a product is agreed to be defective
- You have the choice of a full refund or a credit if a defective product cannot be repaired or replaced
THE SERVICE AND ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE YOU PURCHASE THROUGH THE WEBSITE (“PRODUCT”) ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. USE OF THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. We may make available software to access the Service via a mobile device ("Mobile Software"). To use the Mobile Software you must have a mobile device that is compatible with the Mobile Service. Trisvaraa does not warrant that the Mobile Software will be compatible with your mobile device. Trisvaraa hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use a compiled code copy of the Mobile Software for one Trisvaraa account on one mobile device owned or leased solely by you, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not: (i) modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the Mobile Software, except to the extent that such restriction is expressly prohibited by law; (ii) rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer the Mobile Software to any third party or use the Mobile Software to provide time sharing or similar services for any third party; (iii) make any copies of the Mobile Software; (iv) remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Mobile Software, features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content accessible through the Mobile Software, or features that enforce limitations on use of the Mobile Software; or (v) delete the copyright and/or other proprietary rights notices on the Mobile Software. You acknowledge that Trisvaraa may from time to time issue upgraded versions of the Mobile Software and may automatically electronically upgrade the version of the Mobile Software that you are using on your mobile device. You consent to such automatic upgrading on your mobile device and agree that the terms and conditions of this Agreement will apply to all such upgrades. The foregoing license grant is not a sale of the Mobile Software or any copy thereof, and Trisvaraa or its third party partners or suppliers retain all right, title, and interest in the Mobile Software (and any copy thereof). The Mobile Software may be subject to the import and export laws of other countries. You agree to comply with all Indian and foreign laws related to use of the Mobile Software.
This Agreement, together with any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with Trisvaraa in connection with the Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Trisvaraa concerning the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Trisvaraa's failure to assert any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You agree to pay the Purchase Price of the Goods as posted on this website attached hereto. Due to the nature of the products supplied by us, we do not accept any cash on deliveries.
While Trisvaraa makes every effort to ensure that the products are described and priced accurately, in the event that an item is deemed to be priced incorrectly, Trisvaraa reserves the right to refuse the sale of that item.
Any change in taxation under applicable laws shall be effected immediately. During instances where an order has been placed and there is a change under taxation laws before the shipment is executed, any excess amount charged as tax will be refunded as store credit while any due tax amount will be collected during delivery. Non-payment of the due tax amount shall result in refusal of delivery.
Please note customers ordering outside of India will be charged estimated custom fees. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
For customers ordering outside of India, the issuer of your credit or debit card may charge currency conversion or other fees in relation to your order. You should check with the issuer of your credit or debit card for details of any such fees.
The colours of products you see on the computer screen will vary slightly from those of the actual product delivered. The appearance may vary due to number of factors like underlying technologies of computer, different monitor calibration, lighting used while taking photographs, etc.
The sizing of each product may vary from generic sizes commonly known, depending upon the fabric and stitch, therefore you are required to check the sizing of the product before placing an order.
Though Trisvaraa takes reasonable efforts to provide accurate visual representation, it disclaims any guarantee of the exact likeness of the visual representation or description of the product with the actual product delivered.
The total amount of the Purchase Price shall be payable in full by you according to the payment due date stated at Checkout.
