Shipping And Delivery Policy

DELIVERY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery dates provided by us are estimates only. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates; however, Trisvaraa will not be liable for failure to deliver as estimated. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by us, goods shall be packaged according to our standards and practices.

At Trisvaraa, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above INR 50,000. For international shipments, Trisvaraa shall be charging shipment costs as per the terms of its international courier partners. Any customs duties and other taxes shall have to be borne by the recipient (please see the provisions of (a) below).

Because each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped.

As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates, and we will not be responsible for any such delays.

In case of international orders, if a customer refuses to pay the duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his / her order from the international courier partner, then Trisvaraa will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
