Eligibility for Returns
Re-fulfiment of Orders only if they are faulty
Trisvaraa endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality / manufacturing defect, then we are open to re-fulfilling your order.
If you think that there is a fault with the goods you have received, please let us know straight away, and no later than 48 (forty-eight) hours from the delivery of the goods by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include all the details about the order and the problem with the goods, including photographic evidence of the faulty goods. We will only accept re-fulfilment of orders that are not of acceptable quality. Trisvaraa’s decision on whether the goods are of acceptable quality or not shall be final and conclusive in this regard.
Given the exclusive nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution, and in no case later than 48 (forty-eight) hours from the delivery of the goods.
Dupattas, stoles or scarves, finished sarees and customized stitched ensembles are NOT eligible for exchange. Any products made on order and customized for size or other requirements are NOT eligible for exchange.
This section applies to the return of all goods, regardless of whether they are faulty or you need a different size.
You must request a re-fulfilment of order or exchange on account of faulty goods within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
The item/s must be in original condition, with the original packaging and with all tags still attached.
Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have make up stains or garments that smell of perfume.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. We only accept re-fulfilment of orders or exchanges as per the policy set out herein. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
The item/s must be returned to us before the exchange/re-fulfilment is made.
Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges), or a full refund for faulty goods.
DECISION OF TRISVARAA REGARDING ANY RE-FULFILMENT / EXCHANGE / REFUNDSHALL BE FINAL AND CONCLUSIVE.
Trisvaraa will be taking the responsibility for the costs of returning the goods. Once you communicate your desire for a re-fulfilment/exchange we will be emailing you the return notes and labels. Our delivery representatives from your area will come to pick up the goods along with the papers we will send via email once a return request is made, we insist you keep the items properly packed for the pickup. In the rare instance that we are unable to send a representative to your assigned address, you may have to drop the package to a local post office.
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 (three) failed delivery attempts by our courier partners and / or the package is refused by the recipient.
Cancellations by us
At Trisvaraa, we will do our best to ensure your order is fulfilled. However, we reserve the right to cancel the order if we do not have sufficient stock.
In the event of cancellation, we will contact you by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving your order. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will re-credit your account immediately. Trisvaraa will re-credit your account for the value of the goods and shipment only. Trisvaraa does not reimburse any bank charges you may have incurred in the transaction.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
Cancellations by you
Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
Trisvaraa aims to ship any orders within 7 days. Goods purchased on order will take upwards of 3 weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays). We will contact you via email, to let you know the time required to complete your order. If you contact us and the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Please also note cancellation will not be possible if the order has been customised to your size and requirements.
Please note that no requests for refunds / returns / exchange shall be entertained for the following products under any circumstances whatsoever:
- Sarees which have been customised and finished with falls, tassels etc.
- Pre-ordered stitched ensembles.
